          Get it free! Do a web search at www.altavista.digital.com 
          for "free videos", "free audiocassettes", "duplication 
          rights", "duplication license", "unlimited duplication", 
          "free reports", "reports with reprint rights", "free 
          government publications", "public domain", "freeware" and 
          so on. Make sure you DO use the quotation marks when 
          searching for phrases (more than one word in sequence) on 
          Alta Vista's search engine.  
          
          I got all the material for the "How To Receive Maximum 
          Social Security Benefits" CD-ROM - including ordering 6 
          free videotapes! - at www.ssa.gov 
          
          A web search for "government publications" on any decent 
          search engine will take you to a few web sites where free 
          publications are available. Why are they free for you to 
          use? Because U.S. citizen tax dollars paid for them to be 
          created.  
          
          Another way to avoid having to create your own material 
          for an information product is to find OTHER people who 
          ARE willing to create material - or who have already 
          created it. Simply use a web search engine to find web 
          sites that already exist, which deal with your topic. 
          Find the best information out there, and ask the creators 
          of that information to be partners with you.
